Photograph a receipt and CostPro reads the amount, merchant, and category on its own. Track your own spending, or submit straight to your employer for reimbursement. Same app, either way.
Free for individuals, always. No card required. Company plans add approvals and payroll export.

One app, two jobs
Most expense apps pick a side: a personal tracker, or a corporate approvals tool. CostPro is both, and you choose per receipt.
Solo mode
Track what you spend, for yourself.
No employer, no approvals, no waiting. Every receipt lands in your own categorized history, ready for tax season or your own budget.
Company mode
Submit for reimbursement, and get paid back.
Join your employer's workspace, and the same receipt becomes a claim: routed to your manager, approved, and reimbursed without a spreadsheet in sight.
How it works
01
Photograph the receipt
Point your phone at it. CostPro reads the merchant, date, amount, and suggests a category before you've put your phone away.
02
Confirm, or let it be
Correct anything it got wrong in one tap. Left alone, it files itself, with no review screen you're forced through.
03
Keep it, or send it
In solo mode it joins your personal history. In company mode it's already on your manager's desk for approval, then posts straight to your books on Ledger, or pays out through payroll on WagePro (coming soon).
Free for individuals, forever. Bring your team when you're ready: CostPro scales from one person's wallet to a whole company's expense line.
